FaceLive App: Download for Windows, Use on iPhone and Android (2026)

FaceLive works in two ways: a free Windows app that adds an AI webcam to your calls, and a browser studio that runs on any phone or computer. Here's which one you need.

The short answer

• On a Windows computer: download FaceLive Camera for Windows. It's free and adds a webcam called "FaceLive Camera" that you can pick in WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams, Meet, Discord and Telegram.
• On iPhone, Android, Mac or Chromebook: there's nothing to install. Open facelive.online in Safari or Chrome and go to the FaceLive studio.

Both use the same account and the same minutes.

FaceLive for Windows

The Windows app is for calls. Call apps only accept a camera, so the app creates one:

1. Download and install it from FaceLive Camera for Windows.
2. Sign in, pick a face and press Start camera.
3. In your call app, choose FaceLive Camera as the camera.

The other person sees your AI face, live. It needs Windows 11 (Windows 10 can use the OBS route in the OBS Virtual Camera guide).

FaceLive on iPhone and Android

On a phone, the studio runs in your browser:

• Open facelive.online in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android). Links opened inside Instagram, TikTok or Facebook use a built-in browser that blocks the camera, so tap Open in browser first.
• Pick a face, press Start camera, and record clips straight to your phone.
• For recorded videos and photos, use FaceLive Create: Video Messages, Swap Your Video and Animate a Photo.

One limit: phone call apps (WhatsApp, FaceTime) can only use the phone's own camera. To use your AI face on a live call, use the Windows app on a computer.

FaceLive on Mac

Open the studio in Chrome or Safari. To send it into a call on a Mac, use OBS Virtual Camera: the OBS Virtual Camera guide.

Is the app free?

Is FaceLive on the App Store or Google Play? You don't need an app on your phone: the studio runs in Safari and Chrome.
